We will support our educators by providing ongoing opportunities for professional learning and reflection, helping them build their knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, and cultures. We strive to create an inclusive environment that honours and values Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives. Educators will ensure that learning experiences for children are meaningful, play-based, connected to our local area, and always delivered with respect and cultural sensitivity. As we continue our reconciliation journey, we aim to come together in recognition and celebration. We will acknowledge and respect both our local and wider communities, strengthening our commitment to reconciliation in all that we do.
