At Goodstart Early Learning Rural View, we are committed to the ongoing learning about, and inclusion of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures and contemporary issues. We create equal and equitable educational outcomes and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and continue to build respectful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Our vision for reconciliation is to facilitate change in the current and next generations through developing awareness, knowledge and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures and histories. Through exploring issues of fairness, justice, equity, and equality, we strive to develop a sense of social justice in those current and future generations, leading to a better, fairer society in which reconciliation will thrive. We strive to provide a high quality of education to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children that will lay a foundation for future success. We strive to focus on respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives in a range of learning opportunities to value the approach of learning about culture through culture from Traditional Custodians and First Nations community members.  Â
