Bayview Kindergarten’s vision for reconciliation is based on building stronger relationships with First Nations peoples through listening and learning together. Respectfully including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and perspectives in our programs and environment will foster pathways for an inclusive and culturally respectful community. At Bayview Kindergarten we endeavour to ensure that everyone belongs and feels respected and valued. We will continue to engage with our children, families and community to find ways to be more inclusive and culturally safe for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. We commit to engaging in reflective practices and external consultation to authentically include First Nations peoples', histories, knowledge systems, cultures and languages within our curriculums.
