Our vision is to ensure that educators in our services thoughtfully integrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives, true histories and cultures into our educational experiences, practices, and relationships. Guided by the principles of the National Quality Framework, we value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures throughout our service, which fuels our commitment to reconciliation. At Bush Kidz Child Care, we are dedicated to embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into all aspects of our early learning environment, practices, and policies.  We strive to create an environment that promotes a strong understanding of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples identities and cultures. We will actively build strong, respectful and transformational relationships with the community. Our educators will commit to ensure that children experience learning opportunities developed with reconciliation at the centre, fostering a culturally aware environment. We will continually promote the inclusion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of being and knowing within our educational environment.
