At Milestones Early Learning Stretton, we view reconciliation as an ongoing and inclusive journey focused on strengthening our relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, while actively promoting open dialogue about the significance and positive outcomes of our Reconciliation Action Plan. As a team, we are committed to encouraging open communication the continued importance of having a Reconciliation Action Plan in place and the positive impacts this has to our wider community. To our team, reconciliation means 'coming together' to overcome the gap that segregation has caused between the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and we will continue to strive for a better future that is inclusive for all and where past injustices are healed.
