At Goodstart Algester, we believe in walking together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with respect, kindness, and understanding.     Our vision for reconciliation is a future where the true histories of Australia are acknowledged, First Nations peoples and cultures are respected, and everyone is treated with dignity and equality.     We actively engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures, and knowledge every day, respectfully embedding them into our learning, relationships, and community life.     Together, we create and maintain a culturally safe, inclusive, and caring environment where children, families, and educators learn from one another and grow together in unity.     Through respect, education, and shared responsibility, we work towards closing the gap, ensuring all children have equal and equitable outcomes and opportunities and nurturing a future where all Australians stand together.
