At Goodstart Early Learning McDowall, our vison for reconciliation is to provide children, educators and families with a range of learning opportunities in a respectful way which enhances knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples heritages, cultures and perspectives and encourages connectedness to First Nations peoples within our wider community, maintaining positive relationships and links to Turrbal people. These learnings and understandings are embedded throughout our Centre's curriculum and daily routines. We endeavour to create a culturally responsive environment where everyone feels welcome. By establishing a better understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, we develop an enriched appreciation of Australia's cultural heritage and move towards the maturity of Australia as a nation.  Â
As we learn, grow and walk together in reconciliation, we are committed to creating a strong and connected future for all our children, families and Educators at Goodstart McDowall      Â
