Our vision at Cranbourne Day Care and Kindergarten Centre Mundaring drive is to provide a welcoming, culturally safe and respectful centre. A centre where the relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people is strengthened.
We will continually strive to have the children in our care develop a rich understanding of Australia’s First Nations peoples’ histories, build a deep connection to the land and foster respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Supporting our families and children to celebrate the many achievements and continuing contributions of First Nations peoples builds mutual respect. A small step on our path to reconciliation.
Hand in hand,
here we all stand,
proudly on Bunurong Land.
