Our vision for reconciliation at Bayswater North Kindergarten is to continue to nurture and maintain a vibrant, connected community that welcomes and respects all families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. We actively acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as being the First Peoples of Australia and value working with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities, striving to build relationships based on mutual respect, trust and inclusiveness.  We will continue to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and acknowledge spiritual connections with Country. Our Kindergarten will respectfully share the true histories of Australia. Our community will engage in authentic, respectful and meaningful ways to embrace and teach about the rich cultures, perspectives, and values of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We will strive to find respectful ways to embed reconciliation into our cycle of learning.  Â
