Goodstart Early Learning Doncaster East is committed to being a place where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, and cultures are deeply respected,  and respectfully embedded in all that we do. We acknowledge the enduring value, knowledge, and wisdom of the worlds oldest living cultures and recognise that reconciliation is a shared and ongoing journey led by non-Indigenous people in relationships and collaboration with First Nations peoples. It is a journey that involves our children, families, educators, and community working together to build cultural understanding and respect.  Our team is dedicated to providing meaningful learning experiences that strengthen childrens, educators, and families awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures, and perspectives. We  acknowledge the Wurundjeri people, the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we learn and play, and strive to build and strengthen our relationships with local Elders and First Nations community members, embedding these connections throughout our centres curriculum, environment, and daily practices.      Â
