We at Goodstart Heidelberg share our vision for reconciliation as the promotion of high-quality early learning childhood education encompassing the teaching of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, their cultures and histories. Through engaging curriculums we will respectfully promote equity, equality and choice that will enhance childrens voices and individuality. We continue to incorporate pedagogies and practices that teach about the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We value the collaboration, and partnerships with the local Wurindjeri people, and First Nations families through community engagement.
We ensure the welcoming and inclusivity of our diverse community to be involved in our goals, actions and achievements towards reconciliation at Goodstart Heidelberg.Â
