We actively work to build and maintain genuine relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, fostering partnerships grounded in respect, shared learning, and cultural responsibility.     Our commitment is closely aligned with our child safety framework, ensuring the voices, heritages, and histories of First Nations peoples are heard, valued, and represented. By embedding these perspectives across our pedagogy and daily practices, we continue to strengthen cultural responsiveness, ensuring our service reflects the richness and diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a respectful, informed, and meaningful way.
