Our Vision is to create a childcare environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures are respected, celebrated, and woven into daily practices. We are committed to fostering reconciliation by building genuine relationships with local First Nations communities, promoting cultural awareness among staff, children, and families, and ensuring that our practices reflect the values of reconciliation Through this, we aim to create a foundation of empathy and connection that empowers all the children to grow with an understanding of Australias shared history and a respect for reconciliation. Implementing initiatives and strategies that honour Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures, foster connection, and promote reconciliation within the context of Early Childhood Education.
