We envision a place where all Australians respect Elders past, present and future for the wisdom and knowledges they hold and generously share, supporting emerging leaders in the local community.

We will actively reflect on our cultural awareness and responsiveness, deepening our knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives and cultures.
