VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

At RCH Early Learning, we acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the Land.  We pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and we thank them for their continued care and cultural stewardship of this Land.   We recognise and respect the diversity of our children, families, and educators, and we are committed to fostering a learning environment that values and incorporates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ perspectives. Through ongoing reflection and collaboration, we aim to strengthen our understanding and educational practices to create a more inclusive and culturally responsive community.   Our goal is to build upon this foundation each year, deepening our knowledge and strengthening our commitment to reconciliation through meaningful action and engagement.  As part of our commitment, we continue to embed environmentally sustainable practices throughout the centre. Educators and children work together with a shared purpose to care for Country and support a healthier future for all.  Our journey toward reconciliation is ongoing. Through education, participation, and respect, we are committed to creating a space that honours the past, engages with the present, and looks forward to a shared future.
