Vision for Reconciliation At Community Kids Pascoe Vale Early Education Centre, reconciliation means creating a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, and cultures are valued, respected, and embedded in everything we do. We are committed to building genuine relationships founded on trust, inclusion, and mutual respect with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.  Reconciliation in our centre includes staff learning and teaching children the importance of understanding, respect, and unity, so they grow up with a deep appreciation of Australias First Nations peoples and their contributions past, present, and future. Through reflective practice, cultural learning, and collaborative partnerships, we aim to create a safe and inclusive environment where every child, family, and educator feels connected to Country and proud to walk together on this reconciliation journey.     Â
