We aim to respectfully learn about First Nation Peoples cultures, languages and histories and commit to sharing these truths with staff, children, families and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and wider community. We continue to try our best to be culturally responsive, infusing knowledge into practice. We aim to become allies with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and we aim to consider how we honour and respect their rights, history and culture in all levels of our service delivery.
