Goodstart Hoppers Crossing Heaths Road recognises and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia and as the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which our early childhood services are offered.   

Our vision for reconciliation is for Goodstarters to work together to engage with reconciliation on both a personal and professional level, striving to create the conditions that support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their rights for social justice, equality and equity.  

We strive to ensure our early learning service is culturally safe and an inclusive workplace that fosters mutual respect, understanding and partnership, respecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Through this vision, we lay the foundations that support current and future generations recognise and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and heritages as a proud part of a shared national identity.
