Our vision for reconciliation is to honour and respect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and commit to listening to the First Voices of this Country. We will build genuine relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and we will respectfully embed their perspectives throughout our Kindergarten with cultural integrity, and leading reconciliation through truth, respect, and shared learning amongst children, families and staff. Â Â
In building strong relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members, educators will implement culturally safe teaching practices that will improve race relations and unity amongst our community, where equality and equity will be evident in all that we do. Â
We strive to walk together on the shared path of reconciliation within a welcoming and culturally safe environment. Our RAP actions promote ongoing reflection and drive on our reconciliation journey. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
