Goodstart Early Learning Braybrooks vision is to work in a meaningful and respectful way with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities. We are committed to work in collaboration and partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members to create equal and equitable opportunities and outcomes for all members of our early learning community. Key aspects of our vision for reconciliation at Goodstart Early Learning Braybrook is to engage with reconciliation on both a personal and professional level, creating the conditions that support First Nations social justice, equality and equity. Through this vision, we are laying foundations to teach current and future generations to value and recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and heritages as a proud part of a shared identity. We acknowledge the connections that First Nations Peoples have with the history of Australia through the Lands on which our early learning environments have been created. We are committed to building partnerships based on trust, respect and recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures as enduring, the world's longest living cultures and we respect and value the cultural insights that we gain as we establish strong links between First Nations peoples and our service and the children, their families and our communities with whom we work. On a foundation of equity, equality, integrity and respect we create high quality early learning experiences for our children about reconciliation. Â Â Â Â Â Â
