Our vision for reconciliation is to visibly respect and acknowledge the unique connection that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the Land on which our Kindergarten is situated and to build genuine, welcoming and respectful relationships with educators, children, and families who attend Robina Scott Kindergarten as well as local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We will continue to respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives within our programs and are committed to ongoing learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures. We are committed to learning about and sharing the true past and contemporary histories of Australia. Our vision is that our commitment to reconciliation can facilitate change in the next generation, by developing awareness, knowledge of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and knowledge.Â
