Goodstart Early Learning, Wheelers Lane Dubbos vision for reconciliation is to honour the cultures and contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and staff graciously bring, enriching our diverse and inclusive centre.   We continue to acknowledge and foster respectful partnerships with First Nations peoples who live and work in our community. We strive to build strong connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families, and community members, creating a culturally safe and welcoming environment. Children are at the heart of everything we do at Goodstart, and we recognise the important role we play as educators in embedding respect and supporting reconciliation between non-Indigenous Australians and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This commitment matters deeply to us - not only for today, but for generations to come.
