At Cook Parade Childrens Services, we acknowledge Australia's past and the impacts that this continues to have on the First Peoples of Australia and look towards a reconciled future between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the wider community.  Our vision for reconciliation is one where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are respected, included, and acknowledged.  

We will work together to help guide our local community and nation's future, towards a united and reconciled tomorrow. Through nurturing passion, sparking thought and provoking bravery, we look to empower the next generation to stand up for what is right and just in deepening our understanding of and recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories, cultures and contributions. We will continue to build meaningful relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
