VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

We are committed to building and sustaining strong, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, communities, and organisations. We work collaboratively with families, professionals, and Elders as we ensure our practices are inclusive and culturally responsive.

We strive to create learning environments that reflect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures and perspectives—spaces that are welcoming, meaningful, and rich in opportunities for children to learn about First Nations peoples’ connections with Country. Through our anti-bias and equity approach, we actively challenge racism and discrimination, fostering a community that values inclusion and the diversity of First Nations peoples and cultures.

Located on Darug Country, we respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land. We respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peopels’ perspectives throughout our curriculum and daily practices, supporting children to develop deep, respectful connections to the land, its histories, and its people.
