VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Kinder-Kare Early Childhood Learning Centre’s vision for reconciliation is to promote respect, understanding, and celebration of the First Nations peoples of Australia and their diverse cultures. We acknowledge the historical injustices experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and recognise our role within our sphere of influence to contribute to meaningful change.

We are committed to honouring and appreciating the Traditional Custodians of the Land on which we learn and play. We give thanks for the opportunity to share knowledge, listen to stories, and build strong, respectful relationships with the First Nations communities connected to our Centre.

At Kinder-Kare, we strive to support our educators in developing cultural awareness and confidence so they can respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our curriculum and daily practices. Through this shared learning journey, we aim to inspire children, families, and our wider community to walk together toward a more just, inclusive, and reconciled future.
