At Leumeah World of Learning, we are committed to embedding reconciliation in our everyday practice through respectful relationships, cultural responsiveness, and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and perspectives. We honour the ongoing connections First Nations peoples have with Country, and we embed this understanding into our learning environments to support all childrens sense of identity and belonging. We recognise that reconciliation is a shared journey grounded in truth telling, mutual respect, and deep listening. Through play, learning, and relationships, we create inclusive, culturally safe spaces where every child, family, and educator feels valued. We walk alongside community, acknowledging children as active participants in building a more just, equitable, and united future. We seek to grow strong, reciprocal relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, grounded in respect, trust, and shared learning.
