Little Angels World of Learning, Banora Point, envisions respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our daily rituals and programs. We continue to provide opportunities for educators to engage in professional learning that supports an authentic approach to including First Nations peoples perspectives and histories within our curriculum planning. Â Â We strive to establish and maintain respectful relationships with local Elders and community members, engaging in ongoing learning and participation in community events. We continue to explore the Land on which we learn and play and the importance of the area for First Nations peoples, learning about Language and Dreaming from local Aboriginal leaders and Elders. Â We will support all staff members to embed reconciliation initiatives and collaborate in visibly demonstrating respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, cultures and contributions around the early learning service.
