At Goodstart Early Learning Kincumber, our vision for reconciliation is an ongoing journey where building respectful, reciprocal and ongoing relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples is of utmost importance to us. We continue to build our understanding and respect for First Nations peoples. And we ensure past injustices are acknowledged, and the ongoing inequalities and inequities experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are recognised with steps taken to ensure equal and equitable outcomes and opportunities. We continue to build and maintain our relationships with the Traditional Owners and First Nations community. We value and respect their traditions and knowledges and will create opportunities where we can work together to learn from each other and create an inclusive environment for all.      Goodstart Kincumber is committed to building relationships based on mutual trust, respect and acknowledgement of the perspectives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
