Our goal is to honor and acknowledge the journey of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia's reconciliation process. We seek to engage in thoughtful conversations about, and share, the richness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and heritage, ensuring they are respected and embraced. We are dedicated to listening to and engaging with the local First Nations Elders to guide and shape our reconciliation journey within the community. We remain committed to continuous learning and improvement in our efforts toward reconciliation.
We are committed to sharing our commitment to reconciliation with children, their families, and our local communities.
To us, a reconciled Australia means creating equal opportunities for all. We believe Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults and children should have the same life chances and choices as non-Indigenous people, and that the quality of a person’s life will not be determined by their racial background.
