At Integricare Brighton-Le-Sands Preschool, our vision for reconciliation is grounded in respect, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to acknowledging the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We aspire to nurture a preschool environment where children, families, and educators come together to honour the First Nations peoples of Australia, particularly the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we learn and play, the Bidjigal people of the Eora Nation.

As an early learning service, we recognise the powerful role we play in shaping the next generation. We are committed to embedding reconciliation in our everyday practices, fostering cultural awareness, empathy, and understanding from the earliest years.
