At Kids Oasis, our vision for reconciliation is to create a respectful, inclusive and culturally safe early learning environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples' histories, cultures, perspectives and ongoing connections to Country are valued, respected and meaningfully embedded in everyday practice.   

We are committed to fostering genuine relationships built on trust, mutual respect and collaboration with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, recognising that reconciliation is an ongoing journey of listening, learning and reflection.  Through our curriculum, pedagogy and decision-making, we aim to ensure children, families and educators develop a strong understanding of Australia's shared histories and cultures and grow with respect for the world's oldest continuing cultures. We believe that early learning plays a vital role in nurturing empathy, understanding and a sense of belonging for all children.  Kids Oasis is committed to continuous learning, accountability and action, so that reconciliation is not an isolated initiative but a living commitment that strengthens our service, our community and future generations.
