Our vision is for every child to grow up with a strong understanding of the First Nations Peoples of Australia, their stories, resilience, and enduring connection to the land. Our journey of reconciliation is underpinned by our 7 Power Words: Ubuntu through our care for one another and shared learning, Philotimo through pride in doing the right thing without being asked, Jeong by showing emotional consideration and thoughtfulness, Metta by helping others with kindness, Alofa through service to our team and community, Amae by making others feel safe in not knowing, and Hózhó by restoring harmony through quiet leadership.
