VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation at Little Angels Early Learning Centre is to work toward unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and all Australians. We envision a national culture that represents the five dimensions of reconciliation. As we live, work and play on Darug Land we strive to provide opportunities for staff, children and families to deepen their knowledge of and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, heritage and histories.       Reconciliation must live in the hearts, minds and actions of all Australians. Through respect, compassion and accountability, educators at Little Angels Early Learning Centre, strive to give children the best learning experiences and that have Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives embedded in every aspect of what we do within our pedagogy practice and curriculum.       We continue to provide new and exciting experiences for children to engage and learn through while gaining a sense of belonging in their environment but also developing an awareness of reconciliation.
