Our vision for reconciliation at Bumble Bees Berowra is for our community to acknowledge and respect the values of the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the Land, the Dharug and Guringai People. We value the cultural histories, heritages and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.  As educators, we strive to do this by developing our understanding and knowledge of the Dharug and Guringai peoples, their cultural heritage and continuing contributions to our society.  Our vision for reconciliation is to respectfully embed understandings about the local Aboriginal culture within our program.  We aim to do this by providing opportunities for children and educations to learn about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples cultures and histories in  meaningful, holistic, open ended and teacher directed experiences.
