Our vision is for Kidz Biz Hollywood to be a safe, welcoming place where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and histories are respected, represented, and celebrated every day. We aim to build meaningful relationships with First Nations children, families, and community members, and to create a learning environment where all children grow in their understanding of the worlds oldest living cultures. Â We are committed to learning together, listening deeply, and taking small but meaningful actions that strengthen connection and belonging. Through our RAP, we will focus on practical steps. such as embedding cultural learning into our programs, acknowledging Country with pride, and building strong partnerships with local First Nations communities. Â Together, we will nurture a culture of respect, inclusion, and understanding, so every child, staff member, and family feels valued and empowered to walk the path of reconciliation with us. We commit to creating a space where all children, families and community members feel welcome, respected and connected. Â Together, we walk alongside First Nations peoples on the journey of reconciliation. Â Â Â Â Â
