Our ongoing journey of reconciliation is a process of learning, reflecting, and deepening our grasp of true inclusion. We continue to enhance our cultural safety and responsiveness and authentically integrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into all aspects of our service.
We will strengthen our relationships with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Furthermore, the OSHC Service community acknowledges the histories and experiences of the Traditional Owners of the Land and the diverse cultures and contributions of the First Peoples of Australia. By actively engaging with families at Mueller College OSHC, we support students to expand their understanding and respect for diverse perspectives and experiences of First Nations peoples.
We continue to encourage families to broaden their own knowledge of the diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures, and to genuinely respect the contributions of all those who have played a role in shaping our national story and identity.
