Our vision for reconciliation is built on equity, equality, collaboration, high expectations and meaningful educational opportunities and outcomes for all staff, students and families.  We will continue to create, build and strengthen our relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, children and staff and the wider communities through open honest communication and consultation. We will continue to ensure reconciliation lives in the hearts and minds of all students, teachers, families, and local community.   Education is the means to teach and shape a persons beliefs and understanding of the world, and at Newcastle Junior School, we want to instill a belief in an equitable and reconciled Australia and be a positive influence in every persons reconciliation journey. Â
