At our Greenvale West Preschool, we envision a community where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples histories, culture and contributions are respected, valued and meaningfully embedded in our everyday learning. We commit to building genuine relationships between our preschool and the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. We aim to create culturally safe and inviting environments that offer meaningful experiences that  support children to learn about First Nation peoples, cultures and perspectives. Through daily practice, our acknowledgement and ongoing educator training, we aim to nurture children to grow with a respect and understanding in First Nations peoples cultures.     Â
