At Bluebird Cranbourne West, our vision is to embed reconciliation within our early childhood education and care community by fostering inclusivity and respect and to have a deeper understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are committed to creating environments where every child has the opportunity to engage with and learn about the histories and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.      

Our goal is to advance reconciliation by ensuring all children are supported to grow within a culturally responsive and respectful settling. Through genuine collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, we will amplify the voices of First Nations children and their families within our service.
