At Edge Early Learning Salisbury downs, our vision for reconciliation is a community of respect, understanding and cultural inclusiveness, where the voices histories and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are deeply acknowledged and meaningfully integrated in all that we do. 

We acknowledge that reconciliation is a continuous journey that requires active listening, truth-telling, and meaningful action. It is expressed in more than just words; it is reflected in our daily interactions, curriculum, relationships, and policies. Our aim is to establish an inclusive, culturally safe learning environment where First Nations children, families, and community members feel authentically included.
