Our vision for reconciliation is for all to respect and acknowledge the unique, ongoing connections that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to the Lands on which our early learning centre is situated. We aim to build genuine, respectful relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
We are committed to fostering cultural safety for every Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander child and all children who attend our Centre. We will not tolerate racism or exclusion, and this commitment will be embedded throughout our policies. We support the rights of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, including the right to self-determination. We believe that all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
We will respectfully include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ knowledge and perspectives within our service’s environment and pedagogical practices to acknowledge and celebrate the importance of First Nations Peoples’ voices.  To foster reconciliation and actively respect both personal and cultural differences and diversity, we all need to work together and form relationships that are not just culturally safe but culturally rich, inclusive, accepting, and proud.
