At Little Kindy Cowra, our vision for reconciliation is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, included, and respected. We are committed to ensuring that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, their families and educators feel a genuine sense of belonging and are offered opportunities that are both equal and equitable.

We strive to build and maintain meaningful and lasting relationships with Aboriginal Elders and community members. We acknowledge that reconciliation is a shared responsibility, and we believe that fostering understanding, respect, and unity between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous Australians is vital for a more just and inclusive future.
