At Explorers Early Learning, our vision for reconciliation extends far beyond National Reconciliation Week. We are committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive environment where all children, educators, families, and the wider community are encouraged to actively engage with and honour the histories, cultures, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 

We have made, and continue building, meaningful relationships with Elders and local First Nations community, ensuring our service reflects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives through thoughtful resources and engagement. We will continue deepening our understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives and fostering stronger connections with local communities.  

As we continue this journey, we strive to create an environment where the voices, stories, and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures are woven into the fabric of our service. Together, we are learning to honour the past, celebrate the present, and contribute to a future of genuine reconciliation, respect, and understanding.
