At Elite Early Education, we are continuing to recognise, learn about, and share our growing knowledge of the Traditional Owners of the Land, paying respects to all Aboriginal and Zenadth Kes (Torres Strait Islander) peoples. We are committed to ongoing learning of Australia's true histories and endeavour to acknowledge our shared histories and that of the many Aboriginal and Zenadth Kes nations.   We strive to further the inclusion and knowledge of, and respect for, Aboriginal and Zenadth Kes peoples and cultures into all aspects of our routines, daily practices, and for children, educators and families to learn the significance of First Nations histories. We remain committed to the ongoing and reciprocal relationships with the local Aboriginal and Zenadth Kes communities built on trust and respect.   At Elite, children are provided with opportunities to learn about First Nations peoples, cultures, contributions, and traditions. We remain committed to providing an early learning environment where all individuals, groups, and families feel welcomed, supported, understood, and valued.  We strive for the team, families, children, and community to be eager and active participations in reconciliation and to learning and growing.
