This journey requires the courage to learn, unlearn, and relearn to challenge assumptions and deepen our understanding of First Nations peoples cultures and histories. Our commitment to reconciliation is grounded in our core values: respect, honesty, diversity, inclusion, justice, and advocacy for childrens rights. We strive to meaningfully and respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives throughout our programs, creating a sense of being, belonging, and becoming for every child, family, and educator within our service and the broader community.
