NQ Family Day Cares journey of reconciliation is one of continuous transformation, moving towards deeper understanding, acknowledgement, and respect. We are committed to building meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and ensuring positive outcomes in education and community connection. We respect and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and contributions, and we believe that reconciliation provides opportunities for all Australians to walk together with truth, acceptance, and hope. Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we commit to creating opportunities for our educators, children, and families to engage in ongoing cultural learning and experiences. By embedding reconciliation into our everyday practice, we aim to nurture a community that values respect, reflection, and strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
