For Drysdale Happy Feet Early Learning Centre, Reconciliation is about strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians.  

Reconciliation is an ongoing journey that reminds us that while generations of Australians have fought hard for meaningful change, there is still progress to be made,encouraging us to meaningfully engage with our reconciliation journeys. 

We will ensure we provide equal and equitable educational outcomes for all children, families and educators.  

Our vision of reconciliation is based and measured on five dimensions: historical acceptance; race relations; equality and equity; institutional integrity and unity. 

Our educators, children and families and whole learning community are encouraged to be involved in the development of our service’s vision for reconciliation.
