VISION FOR RECONCILIATION

Our vision for reconciliation is to create an inclusive, respectful, and culturally safe environment where all children, families, and educators feel a deep sense of belonging, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We are committed to respectfully embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives meaningfully into our daily practices, curriculum, and decision-making, so that every child grows up with respect, understanding, and pride in the worlds oldest continuous living cultures.

We aim to strengthen relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, guided by genuine consultation and respectful partnerships. Our vision is for reconciliation to be lived every day at our service not as an event or one-off activity, but as an ongoing journey of learning, reflection, and action.

Through our Reconciliation Action Plan, we seek to empower educators, children, and families to walk together in building a future where respect, equity, and unity are at the heart of all that we do.
