Treasured Tots Child Cares vision for reconciliation is nurturing a vibrant and connected community which welcomes all its members, valuing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's cultures and perspectives, we to contribute to national culture that represents equality, equity and historical acceptance of our shared history. We are looking at authentic ways to build relationships starting with educators, children, and families and then branching out towards the wider local community to make this a genuine reality throughout our organisation. It is our commitment that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives are embedded deeply and respectfully in the learning experiences in our centre and that it is established in our being, belonging and becoming. Our centre philosophy forms the basis of our vision. We acknowledge the Bindjareb' people as our Traditional Owners and will aim to educate our staff, the children and families in their cultural and heritage beliefs. We will endeavour to connect with local First Nations communities, schools and services to promote a sense of belonging and wellbeing within the community.
