Our vision for reconciliation is that Australia embraces unity between First Nations peoples and all other Australians, and a national culture that represents equality and equity, historical acceptance of our shared histories, and removal of negative race relations. We recognise our RAP being a continual process as individuals and as a team, and we will continue to work collaboratively together to implement our values of respect for diversity, inclusion, advocating the rights of children and their families, justice, honesty and courage. Our continuing aspiration is to respectfully embed Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples perspectives in every aspect of our everyday practice to respectfully support meaningful reconciliation now and in the future. We strive to increase children, families, staff and community awareness of the longstanding and continuing contributions of First Nations peoples in Australia. As educators, we ensure that current and future generations of Australians grow up with connection to, and understanding of, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures, and Australias true histories. As an organisation, we continue to ensure that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and non-Indigenous children receive equal and equitable educational opportunities and outcomes within an inclusive and diverse learning environment. We continue to commit to working in a respectful manner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, organisations and communities. Â
